when you said you had gymnastics your first year, what kind of stuff did you do?

haha such memories... we did a LOT of stretching (back, splits, hamstrings, etc.), and also a ton of strengthening in terms of abs and extension! If you search "rhythmic gymnastics training" on youtube, our stretches were very similar to those! xx
