This tea looks so thick like some kind of syrup. It is sweet if it is steeped right way. This tea is made with about 200F hot water for about 45 seconds in the cup, 6gram of leaves to 120ml water. Taste very soft from first cup and turned out little bitter but sweeter in the 2nd cup. If I make this tea with 212 F hot water and less tea leaves, steeped for the same time, it would taste very bitter and dry at the beginning. It is very fun to play with water temperature, amount of tea leaves and steeping time, as well as proportion of water and tea leaves.
