Roy was testing out different shades of red against the wall, a little splatter of paint streaked across his cheek. He heard the door open behind him, shooting Thea a smile over his shoulder as he stepped back away from the wall. “Which one’s you’re favourite?” He asked, raising an eyebrow at her. He still had the crib to build, and some shelves to put up in the room, but he wanted to get the paint done first, so he wouldn’t have to work around all of it.
It had been first priority after they got their new place to start getting the baby’s room ready. Luckily, the place had come mostly furnished or they might have been in an empty apartment, excited as they were to start getting their son’s room finished.
