The sound of the bell ringing as the door swung open was easily heard throughout the shop-- and the crazy eyes of a man were seen peering curiously at all of the strange assortments of items throughout-- a man, with big ears, a big nose, a leather coat and a purple sweater with simple slacks and boots and buzzed hair, entering without much worry-- yet, of course, there was something else that would be obvious to the shifter: the sounds of two hearts.
" Ooh... " A light coo of intrigue, as a blue police box lingered outside. His hands moved behind his back, a little smile gracing his features, " Hello? " He then called out, gently shutting the door behind him, " If I could ask-- what would be a good section to look for when it comes to a fellow related to time? "

There's a curiosity within the building itself, the way the lights flare a warm gold, the chime of the bell wearing into languid silence as if welcoming a new and interesting customer. There's not enough signs to point to something paying attention usually, most hints disappearing further behind a muttering voice and and a distinct smell of chai from further within.
"Time means little in here, I am afraid." The source of the voice pokes her head out from behind a shelf, not bothering to hide in a more human appearance, not with the smell and noises behind her new visitor. Though a gaze does travel up then down the stranger, less ogling and more studying his attire thoughtfully and she rolled her shoulders.
"Have not seen one of you in a long while. I cannot say I have much time related items unless you are seeking out different era type of trinkets." She doesn't trust her clientele goes unsaid but she gestures loosely, almost comfortably, tiny and clicking across the worn wooden floors. "Tea?"
