Right now the only AU I had it set in was one where Itachi is caught by Karin and forced to tell the truth, then he is moved to Konoha back with Sasuke. As Itachi’s mental problems worsen, Sasuke agrees to a new idea by Suna-- a therapist, who recommends Itachi move out to another home in the village but also to take Juugo with him as company. ]]
