There was a party going on, festivities that Cell didn’t quite care to really understand, except that he knew it was the part of the year where candy was given out. So, he found his way to the back entrance of one of the many Capsule Corp buildings. Even if they had said they were ‘sort of okay’ with him, he still wasn’t going to buy much of it, and chose to be sneaky nonetheless. It was more fun this way getting to scare individuals, and he had found the best costume to wear for this occasion. They’ll never know... He smirked to himself underneath the many bandages, and made his way to where all the commotion was, sneaking up towards someone with dark hair that was quite a good distance away from everyone else. Grabs this one’s shoulder, and leans forward to whisper in his ear, “Trick-or-Treat!”
