Ok, does everyone SERIOUSLY play BOTW as a naked pyromaniac who gets hurt very often and is very angsty or does everyone just like crack/angst?

If so then I’m part of a very quiet part of the fandom who plays the game as a sensible Hero who ignores inns, kills things logically and without being hurt, and likes wearing good armor that looks good. And saves the princess because there’s a quest for it. And doesn’t use fire unless we’re doing pre-battle damage to the high-level monsters.

Trying to pinpoint where my horrifying phobia of parasites/maggots/larvae comes from.

I've narrowed it down to a few key events.

1: Relatives who tell me AFTER the fact not to play with the dogs or let them lick me because they had/have worms when I was a child

2: my mom and gma telling me not to put hair in my mouth or I'd get worms.

3: the most intense one. I'd lay awake all night or wake up in terror thinking about aliens getting inside me INVASION (2005 TV SERIES) my parents watched. I'd tell myself over and over again it wasnt real and that I was fine and then panic when I had to go use the bathroom. Idk man. 10 yr old me was alot.

4: my multiple unfortunate encounters with fly youth because of hot summers and no trash pickup.
