It might be a little too late, but would it be possible for us to read that final chapter and epilogue you had originally planned for the fic? :)

I’m really sorry to say that but it is not likely. This fic is very much not finished. The last time I checked, it needed 2 more chapters and an epilogue, and I had some notes for them but nothing that could actually be posted without more writing/editing. Sadly, I haven’t been in the fandom for a long time now and I’m not likely to go back. I never started a fic with the intention of abandoning it at some point, and I do feel really bad about those 3 unfinished ones I have for JW, but things happen. It means the world to me that people are still reading my stuff (I’ve noticed a spike of interest now that the sequel came out) but at this point I don’t think I can produce more content.
I am really sorry about that, and please give some love to the authors who are still hard at work writing about Claire and Owen and their JW adventures :)
