Bit of an experimental piece of Astra, I'm testing some new things out with my art style. She is very much a "call an ambulance, call an ambulance! BUT NOT FOR ME." type of person lmao. She can throw a mean left hook and isn't afraid to either. If you throw the first punch, you better knock her out for your own safety lol. Her pose is based on that one Pinterest pose image I've seen floating around that people have drawn their OCs in and it made me think of her.

Who is she punching? Who punched her first? I have a handful of options in mind, but I will let you decide lol.

EXTRA INFO:

• Her full name is Aubrey Elena Bright, her bday is November 28th

• Her bio dad is American and her bio mom is Romanian. Her parents were never married, they dated a little in college but broke up before they even knew they were having a kid. They still keep in contact, co-parented Aubrey, and are on good terms. she has step parents on both sides

• for a lot of her growing up, she would spend part of the year in America with her dad and the other part in Romania with her mom

• She has a slight Romanian accent and is fluent in both that and English

• In her adulthood, she lives in New York City

• Growing up, she loved mystery books, detective movies, and basically any media that featured big elaborate investigations

• She has always loved doing deep and thorough research on whatever is interesting her the most at the moment

• Both of the last two points combined sparked her dream of one day becoming an investigative journalist

• They're TRYING to date… but it's not going super well 💔 every person she meets ends up not working out (until someone does 😜)

• Has one of those stereotypical boards with strings connecting different theories together. They stuff it away whenever people visit

• Has probably interacted with Ben on Dark Jurassic before (without knowing it was him)

• She loves numbers, she loves spreadsheets… but she's rather bored of her accounting job most of the time. She likes the type of work, but she often feels like nothing in her life is very exciting (which is partly why she gets so obsessed with her theory making, and how it sometimes gets VERY out there…)

• Like stated on the ref, she is basically trying to do what Brooklynn is doing—she even investigated some of the exact same situations she did … she’s just doing it kinda badly💔💔 She's so busy with work that she is often months behind on new info, and usually too sleep deprived to notice😭

• Always kinda on edge and anxious, VERY jumpy and easily scared. and awkward as hell

• She's bi with a preference for women. realized it really late in life… she was basically “im probably bi but I have a job so idrc about that rn” /ref

• Extremely nearsighted

• Completely dependent on caffeine to survive /nsrs

• Their other major obsession is classical music. you ask her favorite song and she's going to name some extremely specific symphony you've absolutely never heard of

• Absolutely loves going to Central Park

• Loves autumn
