Not that Mika was too surprised with everything happening. It had become too commonplace for something to go dreadfully wrong in this city. She just never thought it'd take place on a somewhat decent looking island. Then again those the disaster movies did always point to these being the biggest location. So maybe the cruel joke came in the island's inhabitants.

...Which were very clearly alive prehistoric creatures. And she doubted anyone was going to give her an answer nor was the individual she woke up next to. So all of this was yet again a painful experience in the making.

"You aren't actually used to this right? I mean that was a Pterodactyl or something? Did it go for you or me? Do you even know where to go from here?"

It seemed to taper off at the waist, as if the full set were missing, but that just amplifies the statement — and don't even get Ruby started on that cape !

His breath escapes him in a whimper as he tries to back away slowly, hands up as though he's prepared to do...what, exactly? She's not nearly as powerful as he would've expected, but there was something not right. Her face, her armor-

The hesitation causes him to trip over his own feet with a loud yelp, drawing attention to himself as he flops pathetically onto the ground, looking back at the possible-Servant with wide eyes.

⠀⠀⠀❛ ⠀Careful where you stomp around,⠀ ❜ ⠀⠀RIN ⠀suggests with an air of familiarity — both the situation and the Servant. With such dainty winter-themed designs illuminating the path up the Garden of Ash's entry tunnel, it really does help the constant ash seem more like a gentle snowfall. It's... a little surprising to see someone like her here of all places.

It's not by intention that Eiden's been behind her but it has been for a while now, uncomfortably long really. Everytime she turns Eiden's hoping their ways would part - he's just going to art supply store!!! Please!!!

Predictably enough he turns around at some point, casting a very unfriendly glare at him. Eiden shrinks in size.
