Feather Badge
Feather Badge - What is your favorite childhood memory?
His expression has gone completely cold. His head feels like it could explode, and honestly, he doesn’t want to answer this question. There’s nothing he can say that feels real enough, because he doesn’t have any sort of childhood to speak of. He rings his hands and grits his teeth to try to rid himself of the pain. His headache isn’t going to go away. He’s more than aware of that.
“...How about not having one?” His voice is low as he speaks. “I don’t remember it... I don’t have a childhood. So I guess my favorite memory is the only one I have... Being crushed under a bunch of rocks and wishing that someone would save me... Waking up in a hospital.” He taps his fingers against his leg and sighs.
“I don’t want to sound rude, I just don’t have much I can share... I’m sorry.” He leans down now. His headache is going to keep going until he goes to sleep. He just closes his eyes. If he could have a memory worth talking about, he would. He honestly wishes he did.
