MX83 Toyota Cressida converted to a JZX83 with a 1JZGTE transplant.
Photo dump.
Cressida is aligned and has a paradoxical alignment with -5 camber all around and re71rs all around on 17s. Supra has a fuel pump that turns on with ignition now (cold start injector was deleted 6yrs ago) and has its own fused relay to turn on and off. Went back to the 82 lights and put the tail light inner panels on (the late models didn't allow my longer leds to seat and I could t put the covers on, resulting in blinding me anytime they were on. Polished the truck. Ready for winter
Finally got this nightmare of a car back on the track. Good re learning day. Did 8 used tires on -5 camber lol, then the next day I got them ready for the next event. Got a list of things to change, upgrade, replace. Car is ready for winter now with the white cr kai set. The defis show the peak of all gauges at the end of my day. Stayed cool and reliable with only my power steering cap leaking when tight. Good car was good
No longer has a musty interior. Interior back together with two working seats and sliders. Fixed a weak power steering hose
Killed a lot of wasps...dropped the subframe out, got out my v1 s9 arms I got 10yrs ago...v1 stance/s9 coils for the x8...need to clean and prep everything...an interesting rear suspension in these cars...lots of interfering arms and order you have to do everything
Shuffle. Civic has the maintenance done, now the oil pan leaks a little...here we go again. Cressida is over run by wasps, now has 70% less wasps and is hopefully ready for subframe upgrades. Satt drove the mg over and we tried the longchamps on. Truck has a new downpipe, and supra has a new fog light bulb as the old one was burnt out lol... The little things
Weekend dump. Civic gets a new used battery and a stb polish. Supra gets a chin spiker started from an old r32 uras bumper. Cressida gets a mildly better shifter boot fit with an old sway bar endlink bush bored out and slipped in, wires ran for the sub, pulled out the old power wire, made a new battery tray.
