my mood swings are getting worse. my anxiety is getting worse. everything is getting worse. how do I fix this because all the alcohol and sleeping pills are starting to lose their effect.

One can only pretend to be okay for so long before they finally reach their limit and start to fall apart. I think I'm finally at that point and it sucks. I feel like I've lost all control of my life and I don't know what to do anymore.
