When I was a kid, I remembered really struggling to focus on worksheets. It definitely came with the undiagnosed ADHD and it made sitting down to do any homework torture. Except, for the orangutan worksheet. I loved that thing. I distinctly remember asking my teacher if I could do it again because I found it very fun. Not because of the contents of the worksheet, but just because it had a fun little orangutan on it that spoke to me! Now I am an adult and I am tasked with tutoring my cousins. Just like me one of my cousins is struggling with focusing on the worksheets. But he loves the Mimikyu rap, so....

My first return to a full length video. No real explanation but a demonstration of a stretching routine I developed while I was preparing for my Savate Silver Glove test back in 2015. In this case I was using it as a cool-down but it works just as well for a warm-up. It’s all about mobility and ease of kicking.
