I'm genuinely surprised that my sister find her high school daunting. She grumbles that her lessons are hard (which is not really cause when I read the book it was easy enough), she can't cope with the fact that she has to do everything alone and seems to be weak enough to cling to her old elementary friend instead of making new ones. I don't particularly remember my high school, but I was sure the only problem I had was the making friends part. Now that you think about it, they are getting younger (or looking like it) and it seems as if they can't do anything without their nannies or mommies (or daddies, for that matter). It worries me that my sister gets so easily frustrated. Is this the new generation of students of K-12???
On June 13, the first batch of senior high school students under the K–12 program would have its first day of classes. But how prepared are the school administrators, as well as the parents, on this education program?
How about you? What are your thoughts about this system? Share us your thoughts.

Teachers calling for suspension of K-12 program
The coalition of college and university faculty is calling for the suspension of the implementation of the K-12 program.
According to Dr. Rebecca Añonuevo of Suspend K-12 Coalition, thousands of teachers in private sectors will lose jobs, because of the government’s lack of preparation.
Añonuevo said that schools will lessen the numbers of teachers caused by the expected decrease of enrolment…
