i chose this quote from cavetown’s this is home: "I'm a little sick right now but I swear when I'm ready I will fly us out of here" because i feel that since i’m dealing with a lot of mental health issues this affects a lot my relationships w the people i love, i’m not giving them my best self and i can’t appreciate and help them enough... i try my best not to be toxic to them and love them unconditionally even when i’m @ my worst but it’s still hard so i hope than when i’m better i can give them what they deserve

i take care of my skin routine (which is basically washing my face), i brush my teeth and then i either watch some random videos on youtube or watch a movie and then i go to sleep sfdhsgj
