Intel to launch Socket 2066 X299 platform in June.

Previously rumoured for release at Gamescon in August the X299 platform from Intel may be coming sooner than expected.

Previously rumoured for release at Gamescon in August the X299 platform from Intel may be coming sooner than expected. Benchlife however claims this is going to happen by Computex this year – and they have some very good reasons for doing so. The event is going to be held from May 31 to June 3, and it looks like Intel is planning on launching the brand new Basin Falls X299 platform at that time.
