No one could have expected it, an illegal scientific experiment on powerful quirk-owners resulted in a cataclysmic event. The sky lit fire and the world shook, rending cities asunder and reaping uncountable lives. Suddenly a world where the field of professional heroism was full of competition didn’t have enough heroes. All heroes were begged to aid, retired and in-training alike; but the truth was that there was no begging required.
