I am! We’re leaving right now.

I’m taking him to a restaurant in the shopping district of the Kiyashi Ward. It’s the same restaurant we’d often wind up at when we were working as interns together as the same agency during our third year— we’d sometimes drag ourselves there late at night, grabbing a bite to eat after long hours of patrolling together. 

Not that we were particularly keen on patrolling together. Even though we spent quite a lot of time together during that internship, we’d still be at each other’s throats quite often— but our sensei tolerated no-nonsense when it came to Zero and I butting heads. 

Although the first moment we’d realized that a partnership between us wasn’t completely unattainable was during the third year Sports Fest, I suppose that that’s the time— the internship, I mean —when Zero and I really got the hang of learning how to work together. 

Even though we’d still get on each other’s nerves. Which is okay! We still get on each other’s nerves all the time. 

For instance, right now, Zero’s giving me a dirty look while I finish typing this post, but if he could learn to just be patient, then perhaps he’d cool down a little while I wrap this up. 

Anyways, we’re heading out now— I’ll talk to you guys later!
