I was recently mentioning on a Facebook thread about how designer toys we not created to last... the chemical makeup of them is very unstable, and eventually they will all be piles of goop. Case in point... this FLCL Canti - Barracuda LA Exclusive created by @madtoydesign - all those light black designs on this figure used to be GOLD and parts of the figure are weeping oil (wet parts) - this was released in 2006... so it’ 12 years old now.
