admittedly, i do not think about dicks often... so like, i'm not really sure what to say, but i imagine that sunday's very, very pretty. for a dick. picture perfect kinda thing. if not. actually perfect. goldilocks kinda thing, not too big, not too little, but just right. i think what's worth noting is not even the size or appearance of it, but his technique with that thing. but. i don't think that's part of the picture lmao.

THE BIG EASY RP WEEK 2020 [day three] ↳ best written ship (yours) → vincent armstrong and cesar cortez

I have a lot of well written ships, lbr here, I don’t ship with someone unless they write well. I had a ship still dealing with the aftermath of the bridge bombing, a ship that went from enemies to lovers, one that got married after my eight years of playing her, and one where her husband ditched and I have such great friends they keep him alive by playing him for me. They’re all quality so when all your ships are quality, I looked to quantity.

Kae is right, I had been trying to get a mxm ship on the site long before anyone else had one. Natalie and I had got some feedback on the makeup of our site, diversity wise and I remember thinking - I don’t like this, let’s change it. It took me about two years before Kae and I connected with Tez and Vince and that opened the floodgates to everyone else. I think that is why I think they’re the best written, even ignoring the number of threads they have to develop in. They set trends, they build the path others walk on. I’ve seen the ideas Kae and I come up with be used by other ships both on and off TBE by our members. Imitation is the best form of flattery and damn am I glad that we have set precedent like that, it makes me feel like we are doing something right.

Vince and Cesar are also best written because of their entire plot with Carlos late last year. It was a plot that Kae and I had been setting the seeds for, for months. We worked the man into their lives, we built on it, we planned the fall out and I believe that’s what good writing is, telling one unified overarching story which is what we remain committed to after all this time. But best writing does not only come from writing with your ship partner. I firmly stand by the idea that I cannot rp a ship with someone who does not rp outside of me because development and good story telling comes from those other interactions. Vince and Tez have so many other connections and plots that extend past each other. Tez has Zoe, Ria, Tony. Vince has Tom, Sana, Noah, and most recently Devon. These characters are threaded consistently individually, building character. They also thread with others together such as Hudson, Lena, Penny and soon to be Tariq. The scope of Vince and Cesar is not small or limited and good writing reaches out to others acknowledging that everyone has something beautiful to add to your story and I thank each of the contributors to this story.

I often say I should quit rp and write a book, with the way that I look at rp, it just makes more sense. But as long as I have ship partners willing to write thematic, consistent stories with me, I’m not going anywhere.
