"Thanks for coming," Lucky says with a grateful smile on his face, aware that Kaede was a busy man with a business to run as well as a daughter to care for. He could have easily rain checked on his request without a second thought, but he hadn't. After making a habit of showing up at The Reef Bar to catch him, it felt nice to switch up the scenery.
"I always liked this place, I find it real calming."
Lord knows he needed that.
