@kaguraimi wanted a dog muzzled demon!Kaigaku (let's go with Kanae first)
to say that kaigaku was livid about his situation would be an understatement, the air around him crackled with pure electricity as he looked around the tree to see the butterfly manor. usually he was a lot calmer when he came to talk to kanae. the former hashira had intrigued him from the moment he had met her, and the two always had interesting talks, with such differing world views.
she was one of the few people in the world that he honestly would consider a friend, someone that he genuinely liked. which was part of why he was currently sneaking onto the grounds of her estate. he moved carefully, avoiding the watchful eyes of kakushi and slayers alike. he took a few deep breaths, focusing on calming his anger at his situation, and the lightning stopped forming around him. once it was quieter he was able to move better, without fear of detection.
kaigaku scented the air, noting a floral scent permeating the whole building. he'd always smelled the flowers, but he'd never known how complex the scents around him would be before now. freshly green eyes, no longer the usual teal, scanned the halls as he let himself in. he moved ever carefully, the last thing he needed was to loose his head to a startled slayer in recovery. he wasn't sure if kanae could help him, but he had a feeling she would be the only one who was not likely to fully damn him for the impossible choice he'd had to make.
finding her was easy enough, and he tilted his head to listen and see if she was alone. the rub of the leather strapped on his face irritating him, but it was something he was going to have to get used to. once he had confirmed that there was no one else in the room he quietly slipped in.
"kanae.... i have a bit of a problem..."
