My Experience with the Kai Wheeler Body Weight Burn
Hey it's me again. I'm here this morning to sing the praises of Kai Wheeler. She posted a 4 exercise - body weight workout. I recently reblogged that post and am including a link to her video. Bring your A-game if you're gonna try it. It sneaks up on you the next morning. I've completed twice now and I've been through the fire for now. What do I mean?
First morning after getting up was hell. Waist down was sore. I actually hobbled around for 2 days avoiding steps whenever possible.😂 I allowed my body to repair itself and jumped right back on the horse yesterday. This workout has really helped me to ease back into my HIIT workouts and begin to really tone up. The best side effect of all is that feeling I get every time I move, “that good pain” 😫 I call it. I'm ready to get back on the road to do what it takes to reach my fitness goals. This was the last part I needed to integrate (HIIT). 🙅🏾💪🏾

I freaking dare you to try this workout. I only did 3/30 second sets of each exercise. That was enough for me, for now.
