12) How skilled at lying is your oc? How frequently do they lie? For what reason? What situations would be the exception?
Ignis doesn't usually lie - she's rather straight forward, always speaking her mind, so when it comes to expressing her opinion it's quite unusual for her to lie. But since she's never the one to take a blame for, when asked about the mess she clearly made, she'll lie - poorly but won't care. You can give her unbeatable proof of her guilt but this girl won't give a single freak about it, setting you off with "U sure?" or "I wasn't THE ONLY ONE there, why r u blaming me, huh?"
26) How polite is your oc? Do they do everything with the utmost courtesy, or do they completely refuse to say please and thank you?
She refused to say "please" in the minute she was born and keeps it up for her entire life. It doesn't mean she's rude to everyone! Ignis says "thank you" a lot, and when I say a lot, I seriously mean it. She may take everything she wants, not taking no as an answer, but will thank you for the thing. Always.
27) How flexible is your oc? Can they touch their toes or do they have trouble just sitting down because of how stiff they are?
As a part of a circus troupe, she had to flex a little, so after couple years on a scale of rock to rope she's around boiled spaghetti noodle. After warm-up it seems like she has no bones, which freaks out many people looking at her when she's flexing
