so recently I've been super aware of how I'm presenting myself and how my body language reads to others, so I've made an effort to stand up straight and between that and regular exercise I'm feeling better about myself than I have in a really long time.

I started exercising recently.

And I'm not saying that because I think I have a problem with my body.

Yes, there are parts of my body that I'm not always happy with. You know what those parts are? 

Muscles. I have absolutely no muscle mass other than what is required to move through ordinary life. 

I want to be the best version of myself that I can be. I want to establish a healthier lifestyle for myself that involves really using this body that I've been born into. I want to establish good habits and get a regular flow of endorphins flowing, because I've been feeling pretty good about myself this last week.

I feel like I'm in control of my life, and not the other way around. I've gotten better about eating on a regular basis because my body reminds me that I haven't taken care of it yet. It's bringing my relationship to a new level because exercising regularly is something my boyfriend and I can do together, and I'm really looking forward to this new way of strengthening that relationship as I also strengthen myself.

My goal for 2015 is to be the happiest, healthiest version of myself that I can be, because I deserve it.
