I put mine on last night after a shower Cecil helped as it's on my back for my Right Hip, you start at the pain then follow the nervous system till the area gets hot or tingly. COVID19 Vaccine stripped & inflamed every thing from my body. I have had to be on & off my walker the last month. I get an epidural every 6 months to be able to do what I do for a living. Even with an Epidural sleep is interrupted to tossing all night to adjust for the pain that still lingers. The Kailo patch is stiff so its an adjustment to get used to the feeling. For the first time is many years I slept through the night last night and I got out of bed without having to roll off the bed and struggling to stand up! I do have a headache this morning I have a feeling it's my body's way of adjusting to years on RX to maintain pain levels. I'm still adjusting the patch area but the hip pain that is always there is dulled to the point that it feels mor like a tight muscle that needs a good deep tissue massage.
