Had our first official dinner at the new Uncle's Hawaiian Grindz. All the flavors are reminiscent of home, da aina. Local flavors with a flare. What's even better is all the ingredients are locally sourced, farm raised, non-GMO, grass-fed. Can't get much better than that, except if it was home on da aina. What was also nice to see was the place was packed. Many "haoles" trying the local cuisine & yes, I did see some island born peeps. Not sure why Harford County was chosen, but am very happy, as now we've got another great eatery.
