Chloe wasn’t entirely sure how she had gotten wrapped into staring at fish for an undetermined amount of time, and essentially babysitting Kai through his high, but here she was. She was sensing this becoming a theme in their new found friendship. Chloe just agreeing and going along with things just to see what would happen. It wasn’t exactly something she needed to make a habit of, but what was the worst that could happen? They stare at fish for too long, and fall asleep? Chloe let herself in like she had been told, giving a friendly greeting to Kai’s parents before heading towards the room they had directed her to. She knocked on the door as she pushed it open. “Hey,” She called. “Your parents are nice. Let’s see those fish.”
