“Well we need to get a move on before before our new commander gets pissed off more than they probably already are,” Kainda sighs.
“Not my fault, you got jumped in Lumiose,” Max chastises.
“It was your idea to go the Kalos route instead of the Alola route,” Kainda reminds, “besides if it wasn’t for that last nanite charge I would have been stuck in the hospital for a couple of weeks instead of a day or two. Anyway, lets get a move on to HQ.”
“Alpha is wondering, how you two are getting to Castelia with everything,” Alpha questions.
“We have a game plan for transporting those two,” Kainda mutters clearly focused on other things, “The bigger issue is how to transport you.”
“Alpha does not weigh enough to affect Maxwell,” Alpha retorts.
After some time and a couple of failed grabs of the prisoners the group takes off for Castelia landing in the dropoff zone of the Unova Tracker HQ 30 minutes later.
“Bout time you showed up,” a voice calls out, “Weren’t you aware that we were expecting you be here three days ago.” Kainda turns to see a lilac colored Espeon with some mark on their left cheek walking over towards them. “We have a timetable to keep so I demand to know why it took you three days more than allotted for you to get here.”
“We flew through Kalos. Plain and simple, we-” Kainda replies before being cut off.
“You know that the Trackers are NOT allowed to operate or be within Kalosian borders,” the Espeon chastised, “They’ve made it clear that any operative found within Kalos will be arrested.”
“Yeah, Yeah, yeah, I know anyway where is the base commander then,” Kainda replies annoyed by the conversation.
“I’M the commander of the Unova Branch you ingrate,” the Espeon hissed, “My name is Erika and-”
“Aunt Erika!” Alpha yelled, “Is Beta somewhere around?”
“Alpha? What are you doing here?” Erika exclaimed, “I thought my sister would have kept you back home?”
“Wait, wait, wait, are you saying that Raven is your sister,” Kainda asked confused.
“How do you know of Raven, Kainda,” Erika asked.
“Blame Sero, I split some contract money with here in return for information,” Kainda replies, “essentially an ‘I help you, you help me’ relationship, which later developed into a friendship”
“Well, lets continue this story later,” Erika sighs.
