In the region of Paldea, Jam was a 21 year old man studying the different behaviors of Pokémon along with a team of his own. Having graduated about a year ago, little did he know that things were about to get a whole lot crazier for him. Jam had been walking along with his partner, Basil, a strong Meowscarada just raring to go. He was out during the night, the legendary monster known as Miraidon in its bike form as Jam was about to get on. ..Then he noticed something in the darkness. A figure, far taller than six feet; It looked like a man, hair unkept, long and puffy. From what he could see the man’s hair went all the way down just below his tail bone. A massive unit of a man; It had him furrowing his brows.
What was that figure doing there, lurking in the darkness like that? Jam's pulse quickened, his heart hammering in his chest. Jam called out to the figure, but the figure didn't respond.
Backing away now, Jam foolishly recalled both of his Pokémon, his hands going up in a defensive gesture. Only to his horror, the bulky man began lumbering toward him. Normally the shorter man wouldn’t mind this, but he was behind the main city; No one but hoothoots and maybe a few campers around him. The man coming at him was like an anomaly.
Jam could feel the sweat coming from every pores in his body, there was something seriously wrong with that man. All he could do was back away even further, his eyes fixed on the lumbering figure, watching every step as he walked closer and closer to Jam.
It was then Jam didn’t even have a chance to react, a sudden strong grip pulsing around his throat before he heaved out loud. What followed made his blood run cold, the man was now strangling him, looking over him like a beast. His entire face shadowed and only showed gleaming teeth as his mouth hung open. The man, Kairo, breathed hot air onto him. Simply staring threateningly as his grip tightened, a low snarl rumbling from his throat.
Jam gagged, feeling the grip around his throat tighten, the world beginning to darken as he began to choke. His eyes bugged, staring at the massive man above him, he was helpless in that moment.
Kairo’s jaw quivered, as if the giant man was amused at Jam’s pathetic struggles. But, he failed to notice that the other man’s belt twitched. A pokeball just itching to open up.
Jam wheezed, kicking frantically in hopes that the man would let go, “P-Please— What are you doing?!” He cried out, but there was still no reply.
For what seemed like an eternity, the grip around Jam's throat tightened a bit more. His face slowly reddened, eyes glazed over and he began to feel lightheaded. Jam's legs began to go limp as he felt himself fade out of consciousness, his only wish being for something to happen.
“At least you won’t have to leave in pieces.” The towering man bellowed, quite literally about to snap through Jam’s neck. That was, until the familiar cry of a green feline Pokémon sounded from behind. Immediately Kairo clenched his teeth, whipping around to swipe at Basil. The magic cat was faster though, blowing some kind of powder into his face. Sleep Powder.
With Kairo distracted, Jam scrambled to his feet, his head buzzing. He had to leave, he had to run, he had to move. Before he knew it, his legs were moving frantically as he bolted away from the man, desperate to put as much distance between himself and the guy as possible.
Jam stopped momentarily to glance back at his attacker. Kairo let out an angered roar, wiping the powder away from his face and cursing. Shit. The attack was taking effect quickly, purple eyes becoming lidded as he swayed. No no, grab him, GRAB HIM. In a quick flash, the man yelled out and darted forward. He was too late though, vision going black as soon as his hand touched Jam.
Blinking in surprise, Jam glanced at his partner briefly before glaring back down at the unconscious man in front of him. “Thank you..Basil..” He muttered, taking labored breaths. Kairo, sleeping soundly, his matted hair covering his face. Jam knew he couldn’t leave the big bastard out here, he knew he shouldn’t care. Yet, Basil leaned herself down and lifted one end of Kairo; Jam followed in suit. He was really taking his sleeping attacker home.
The giant man's body limp, not even making a sound as he was dragged back into Jam's home. Though he wasn't one to take in strangers, he couldn't just leave him there.
He hadn’t expected the man to be so heavy; but Jesus Kairo was practically all muscle, his clothes tattered and ripped; With burn scars peppering all over his body. Closing the door behind him, Jam set the big guy down on the couch before petting Basil on her head, “Thanks girl, you’ve been amazing..”
Basil purred a bit, glad to have been the helper, she laid down on the couch comfortably. Jam sat nearby and watched the man, Kairo, who was still unconscious. Jam decided to take one of the blankets off of the couch before covering him up. Perhaps all he needed was some rest?
“Who are you..” Jam practically muttered to himself. His attacker didn’t look nearly as terrifying when he was asleep; Not at all, with drool sliding out from the side of Kairo’s mouth followed by soft snoring? Jam couldn’t help that somewhere in his mind said that it was..Slightly cute. Slightly.
It was strange, Jam found himself watching the man's chest as he slept, his large chest rising and falling with his breathing. It was as if.. If he was some kind of animal Jam was watching or one of the Pokémon he had been studying as of late.
Jam was torn between just going and leaving him there, or even going further and helping the man for whatever reason, it was all so strange, Jam even found himself wondering if this was all part of some grand adventure he had found himself in the middle of. As he ran his hands through Basil’s fur in deep thought; They were quickly disrupted however when a loud, drawn out growl erupted from Kairo’s stomach as he slept. Basil’s ears even pinning back at the sound as she frowned.
“—Jesus..That was..Loud.” Jam muttered, blinking slowly at Basil before sending her back into her pokèball. He didn’t want her to worry. He glanced back at Kairo with furrowed brows. How long had it been since the man had last eaten?
Jam got up after a bit of hesitation, he slowly made his way over to the kitchen. He could make a simple meal for the man, and once that was done, Jam would bring the meal to the man on the couch, placing the plate near the man and taking a step back for when the man woke up. About thirty minutes later, did the larger man begin to stir; a low groan seeping through his cracked lips. Jam quickly pulled himself into high alert, and moved away from the couch.
Kairo slowly sat up, his muscles aching after that long sleep on the uncomfortable couch he slept on. He was still a bit dazed as his eyes went to see Jam back a tiny bit away from the couch. He rubbed his eyes, letting out a yawn as his eyes adjusted.
"Huh?" The man turned his gaze to Jam. "Where the hell am I?"
Letting out a sigh, he was relieved that Kairo didn’t immediately attack upon waking up. Jam glossed over his tired features, before shrugging his shoulders and replying, “This is my house. You got knocked out.”
"Your house? You picked me up, dragged me to your house, and brought me over here?" He was now wondering if the man was mentally sane as Kairo ran a hand through his hair. He was now wearing Jam's blankets, covering up his torso as well as his legs.
"Do you at least know why you picked a fight with me in the first place?"
Kairo’s eyes seemed to flare at that; his shoulders bouncing in a way right before a Liepard were about to pounce. The shadow once again blocked off his face, “To get rid of you.” He growled, ominously.
"Get rid of me?" Jam paused for a brief moment, and the reality of his situation hit Jam, he was alone with a man in his house who probably wanted to kill him. "And why exactly did you need to get rid of me at night?" Jam asked, a tinge of fear in his voice, although he tried to avoid it, no matter how hard it was.
“You weren’t going to be my only target.” His eyes flashed again, “Don’t think you’re so special.” Kairo ground out, sweat sliding down the sides of his face. He failed to notice that his muscly arms were wrapped around his midriff as well. Another hollow growl echoing from his empty stomach.
He tried to ignore it.
"I never said I was special." Jam said under his breath as his mind raced, trying to think fast and find a way to get himself out of this situation.
"So, uh..." Jam trailed off at the sound of the growl, "You seem to be hungry, correct?" Jam asked. It didn't seem like Kairo was going to attack Jam now, especially after he was knocked out. Perhaps if... Jam walked closer to the kitchen and grabbed a bowl and a few ingredients, "Would you like to eat?"
“I don’t need anything. Food doesn’t give me the energy I need.” Kairo barked, stubbornly gripping one of the couch pillows and digging his nails into it. Kai, ever since he traveled with the legendary Pokémon Giratina, he neglected his needs such as food and water. There were far more important things to him.
"Energy you need?" Jam wondered what he meant by that, if not food. Jam still had a lingering feeling that he wasn't safe around Kairo, as he felt an ominous presence around the man.
"Look..." Jam started off slowly, walking closer to Toast, "You need to eat something, or you'll pass out again. Or, do you enjoy being weak?" Jam took a chance, Jam wasn't that good at insulting people, but he tried to see what Kai’s reactions would be when Jam mentioned the topic of weakness.
A vein practically popped when gripping the cushion, it was easy to tell that Kairo didn’t like that. “Weak. Just let me get my hand around your throat and see just how WEAK I am.” The man glanced up, a flash of purple glaring at Jam under his shadowy face.
Jam stepped back a bit, his hands in a defensive gesture in case Kai decided he wanted to grab Jam's throat. There was that intimidating presence that Jam felt earlier returning.
"So, you're just going to stay here until you get the chance to grab me by the throat then.." Jam wasn't exactly one to show fear very often, but he couldn't help but feel this way, especially since his Pokémon wasn't there to help protect him from the guy. "What do I get out of it? Besides possibly dying."
“A quick death.” He muttered, white teeth flashing before a low, ominous and hoarse chuckle broke out of Kairo. Jam questioned why he felt the need to even help this man. It was soon brought back to him though as a particularly painful grumble tore through Kai’s guts; The large man visibly shuddered and growled like he was in pain. Starving.
Even through clenched teeth, Kairo froze a bit at the question. What did he want? “Ah.” It was the only gruff reply he could slip out; Drool now sliding down from his mouth before licking his dry bloodied lips. Jam knew he had won that little stare-off. It seemed Kai didn’t think he would get there far, leaving the large man to stare down at the floor.
Another pained grumble following. Gghrrrruuuuuggglleeee.
"Alright you big oaf, I'll just feed you then." Jam turned around towards the kitchen, not needing a response anymore. Kai could say yes or no but Jam was taking his no response as a yes. After finding a plate, Jam grabbed some food that he had laying around and brought it over to the couch, setting it in front of him.
"Here." Jam stood back and waited for the trainer to finally eat after all that complaining.
The man clenched his fists, seething with hatred; He hated this guy, whoever the fuck he was. Why the hell did he bring me home?! I tried to kill him for fucks sake! Maybe Jam is just stupid. Yes. He just snarled to himself and ran his hands through his messy black hair. Curse his body, he didn’t need to eat.
“Huh.” Kai said out loud, his purple iris staring intently at the plate in front of him. It was a meal of two large steaks, what looked like French fries mixed with melted cheese and bacon; Followed with a glass of milk. All junk food, but it immediately had the big man’s mouth watering.
Jam just sighed and watched him salivate slightly at the sight of the food in front of him. It looked like this hungry bastard was going to eat the food after all. "You want to eat or not?" The shorter trainer asked, crossing his arms and not taking the plate down. Perhaps this was Kairo’s pride or maybe it was ego, but Jam was starting to lose his patience at this point. "Yes or no, it's simple, really."
He growled in frustration at Jam rushing him, flashing his head up with a crack just to intimidate the smaller man. Well it seemed to work, giving him a look of ‘Don’t rush me.’ Finally, Kai glanced back down at the amalgamation of a meal. He..Hadn’t eaten in so long, perhaps this could just be a one time thing. He would be satiated for a while. Yes. That’s it..Unable to listen to his pained stomach any longer, the big guy finally shot forward and began tearing at the steak with his teeth. Bare handed, he ate like an animal.
For the first time in a while, Jam actually smiled. Kai finally listened to his stomach instead of his pride. Jam stood back and watched the big man tear into the plate of food he prepared for him. Jam looked at him as he ate, a hint of amusement in his tone as he spoke.
"Looks like you must have been craving this type of food, huh?" Jam gave a small laugh.
He ate like a mad man, swallowing chunks of the meat in large loud gulps. Kairo just barely managed to hold back moans of delight at the taste; It was good, not bad. Crunching through small bacon bits from the fries, not even stopping for air. It was like a Sharpedo in a frenzy. As soon as Jam spoke, Kai just let out an annoyed grunt. The steaks were already demolished and sitting heavily in his gut. The man grabbed the large glass of milk and chugged it.
He hated the way Jam seemed to be enjoying himself, almost set him up for a challenge. His hands were still shaking eagerly just to be able to coil his fingers around the man’s frailer body. …But he was a little busy at the moment.
Kairo stopped momentarily just to take a breath; Scowling at Jam’s words. Bullshit, even if he would get a stomach ache he’d be able to shrug it off just like any other injury. Especially when he fought Pokémon with his bare hands. What the man failed to notice though was the small growl of protest his stomach gave at the milk and steak mixing. He didn’t care, and carried on with the fries. His throat practically bulged as he took down the final clump of fries. Letting out a heavy sigh of relief once he was done. Admittedly, he did not regret eating that. A thick feeling rose in his throat, but Kai just huffed and quickly swallowed it down.
Satisfied, Kairo licked at his lips, visible breaths of air leaving through his teeth. The man was pretty much in a daze, quite literally forgetting Jam was there as he rested a hand on his distended stomach.
"You okay?" Jam's voice was concerned enough, despite his earlier threat to grab Jam by the throat, Jam didn't really seem that bothered by the threat. He even wanted to test it. "Or is that stomach ache setting in now?" Jam's tone was taunting, with a bit of humor in his tone. Was this going to turn into a fight, or will the big guy take Jam's insult and just leave? It still seemed that Jam was still slightly wary of him.
“Hmp.” The trainer made a noise, blinking slowly before the man became aware that Jam was still in the room. “Fine.” He muttered, eyes following down to his stomach. He..Didn’t like how his clothes were straining against it. The man’s shoulders jolted, growling threateningly at Jam’s remark. Stomach ache, he wouldn’t get a fucking stomach ache— He’s not WEAK! Teeth clenching, the big man started to rise off the couch. Now was his chance.
Jam took notice of this, though instantly the two froze as a loud, bubbling gurgle sounded from Kairo.
"Looks like you got a bit careless there, big man." Jam's eyes are still on Kai, watching him and waiting for his response, whatever it may be.
Jesus. His face still did not lighten, a hand held out and inches away from snatching Jam’s face. Kai felt a shudder run through him, reeling his hand back before grunting in discomfort. What the hell was going on?? He just ate- It’s not like he had a bug or something! Instinctively a hand went back to his stomach, despising the clammy feeling that started to plague him. He swallowed thickly, shifting himself and trying not to react to the sloshing sound his stomach made. Oooughhh,, Boy, why- Why the fuck wasn’t he feeling good. “What..Did you do to me.” The man breathed out, growing angered at the aching in his stomach.
"Nothing." Jam paused for a moment, trying to keep a straight face.
In all honesty, Kairo just furrowed his brows at Jam’s reaction. Only wanting to get up and rip him apart; Oh but the man tried, only to realize that moving made him feel sick and ended up being weighed down by his belly. He..He didn’t like this. And all he wanted to do was have something and be on his way. “Fuck you.” He finally barked out, irritated at the sudden vulnerability that was clearly showing. By then his stomach had been tuning up a symphony of gurgles, trying to digest what was put into it too quickly. He hated it. The large man curled away from Jam and growled from the pain.
"Someone's grumpy." Jam chuckled softly, he was enjoying the sight.
While Jam laughed at him, Kai could sense the shift in the air, his aggressive behavior turning into something more vulnerable and weak. It was clear that the guy was not in the best shape at the moment, especially because of that stomach ache now Jam could tell was much worse than he previously thought. The shorter trainer began walking over to the man, "Come on. I'll help you upstairs."
The only response Jam received was a grumbling noise from Kai. Somewhere deep down..It sounded like a whimper. Now he just regretted everything, shame holding onto him for once.
The man allowed his hair to cover his face, trying to suck in breaths that his belly made difficult from how tightly packed it was. Kairo felt sick just from listening to it work, he hated it so fucking much. His eyes immediately snapped over when a hand was placed on his shoulder. In a quick flash of movement, he grasped violently at Jam’s wrist. “Don’t- Touch me.” He snarled.
Moving..Wasn’t the best idea though. The air he had swallowed previously came up with a vengeance, in the form of a loud, wet belch.
"What are you going to do about it? Cry?" Jam said, pulling his wrist away from his grasp. He took a step back, and looked at the dude and his situation. After hearing him belch, Jam chuckled a little. "You're not in any position right now." Jam said confidently, a bit of mockery in his tone. "I suggest you let me help you before you pass out or worse.” His eyes showed a hint of sympathy.
“Nnngghhhh…” Kairo groaned, a sharp hiccup wracking his frame. The man couldn’t even take a full breath, shivers jostling him before swallowing again. God he didn’t feel good. Yet still, he wouldn’t show weakness in front of the other man. He didn’t say anything, the monstrous man simply grunted and turned his head away from Jam. Almost as if he was shameful. Jam just took that as his sign of defeat, and sighed softly.
"Alright, but don't push yourself too much." Jam looked slightly guilty about what happened to the large stranger. "Let's go." Jam grabbed a hold of one of Kairo’s arms and started taking him upstairs without a second thought. Jam didn't care as well how this looked to anyone if they had seen him carrying this guy upstairs. Then again, he was home alone.
Kai just focused on quelling his nausea, his eyes forced to stare at his stupid mistake. The man flinched heavily at Jam touching him; Growling a bit but didn’t bite.
Walking up the stairs was quite a chore, his stuffed stomach hanging over and sloshing sickly with the movement. “Ouuurrrpp..-” Another airy belch slipped out of him, tasting of milk and meat. Kairo clenched his teeth, gripping at his stomach with one large hand. He just toughed it out because Jam was there.
As he and Kairo reached the top of the stairs, Jam opened the door to the master bedroom, and carried the big guy gently to the bed, placing him down with an audible 'Oof'.
Sliding over, Kai’s hair drooped over his face; Panting like a dog. Still, he snarled lowly at himself, still not looking Jam in the eyes. To make things worse, the loose fabrics holding his upset stomach suddenly gave way. It ripped and caused his stomach to lurch; Purple eyes widened before he yelped. Jesus, he was a mess.
In fact, for a brief moment the big guy had a light flush spread across his cheeks, beyond humiliated.
Well, that’s not what he was expecting. The white haired man had a brief pink hue spread across his cheeks, only to shake his head and chuckle awkwardly, “Oh uh..Oh my. Um— Let me ..Get some clothes for ya-“ With that, Jam turned towards his closet. Eventually he found something suitable, something that was way too large to fit on him.
Kairo looked away quickly, pulling off the useless rags he used to call his shirt top. The killer swallows sheepishly; Snarling lowly at his reaction. He certainly didn’t find it funny.
Scowling, the man tried to ignore his stomach swaying with his movements; The happy trail of hair along his belly visible to the other man. This was nowhere near his style of course; But he snatched it despite. Teeth clenched as he slid it over his frame, hugging against his abdomen
At the very least it was comfortable. He hated this. All of it. His rounded stomach was out of place with the rest of his bulky muscles and large body.
Luckily the bastard didn’t notice, instead he just turned over on his side with a loud huff. Swallowing thickly nonetheless; His gut was now trying to work its way at the junk food, causing it to let out all sorts of bubbly sounds. Kai despised it, the sick feeling still hitting him hard. Even Jam’s sweatshirt rode up a bit over his stomach. Jam could tell he was more than bloated, his stomach obviously not agreeing with the greasy meal.
Jam sat on the floor, watching and listening to the sounds of Kai’s stomach. His cheeks were a little red due to his own embarrassment, and he was quiet. "Can I get you anything?" Jam had a hand on his cheek, looking towards the big man with a little concern.
He closed his eyes tightly, hissing through clenched teeth, “No.” The man licked his lips, a large air pocket traveling up his throat. Immediately he forced it back down however, not because he wanted to be polite- But because burping made him feel all the more sick
Jam was left feeling a bit puzzled on what to do. And it only made his caretaker instincts activate when a sharp pain ran through Kairo and caused him to let out a very very faint whimper.
"You sure?" Jam asked, looking towards the man with concern in his eyes. The sound of whimpering caught Jam's attention; it was a small one, but in the quiet atmosphere of the room it was the most audible thing at the moment. Jam felt bad.
“Ggrrhhnmn…” He growled like a defensive dog, sweat still beading across his forehead. He fucking swore he was never going to eat again.
Jam swallowed nervously, slowly sliding up and onto the bed next to the intimidating man. Though really, he wasn’t nearly as scared of him now that he was suffering from indigestion. Guess not even monstrous guys can handle tummy aches. ..But then, a sudden idea seemed to pop into Jam’s head; and damn right he was nervous about it.
"I..I can help you?" Jam spoke up, looking over towards the man's tummy. Those purple eyes fluttered open once more, wrinkling his nose before turning to finally look at the other trainer. Help? What did he mean help?? He didn’t fucking need any.
Of course, his body betrayed him by cramping again, Kai gasping in pain and hugging himself a bit. Fuck this, he just wanted to digest this shit and be on his way. “Hmph.” He grumbled. Jam took that as his confirmation from him.
Jam didn't hesitate. He slowly moved closer to the man, and started rubbing his hand gently along Kai’s stomach. To his surprise his hand was met with a soft belly feeling.
He felt no need to make a comment.
Upon the contact of his hand, the large man shuddered heavily. On instinct his lips curled back to form a snarl, although Jam got worried by this— It meant nothing, as he didn’t attack him. He just…Wasn’t used to being touched like this. Not for a long time.
His heartbeat quickened, the anxiety bubbling in his chest made Kairo want to rip out every emotion he had. But..As the other man’s fingers drifted through his stomach hairs, did he realize..It felt kind of good. Kind of.
At the sudden reaction, Jam's hand froze, and he thought he would receive a very painful smack. When the response gave off an unintentional snarl Jam was only half comforted about not being attacked. "H-hey, it's alright." Jam said, his hand starting to move again as he rubbed a soft hand along the big belly. He could tell that maybe he was doing something right, as Kai’s heart rate slowed, a small, soft moan coming from the man's mouth.
Jam’s face reddened even further; Only now realizing that..God damn it, this guy’s going to be a big teddy bear, isn’t he? The big bad wolf that isn’t so bad after all? Sure, he had more bite over bark, but..Somehow the shorter man just found that cute.
His hands dragged along, trying to keep a straight face at the softness of his lil’ happy trail. Loud gurgles rising up from the stimulation. Air pockets moving all over the place, Kairo just shoved his face into a pillow in frustration.
God did he hate the sounds that were coming out of him, involuntary at that point- It’s just this stupid massage felt too damn good, inching away the aches in his gut. One press to his navel had him belching wetly into the pillow, hissing right after.
Jam was so goddamn relieved that the other man didn’t hear him say that- Nearly dying of embarrassment for a second! A warm smile came across his face before speaking up, “‘Scuse you.”
“Shut it, you insufferable bastard.” Kai snarled out, obviously not tolerating the humiliation of being teased so easily like that. Although..His cheeks did redden at what he said, “I hate this..I hate you.” He muttered, cringing at the weakness in his voice.
Digestion forcing up a few smaller burps right after speaking, “Braaarp.. Ugh.”
Jam let out a soft chuckle when Kairo let loose another wet burp. He was also a little worried that his teasing would not be received well, but it made a soft laugh come out of the shorter man.
“Just wait n’ see..- Maybe you’ll be my next meal.” He grunted, running a big hand through his fluffy, but also matted black hair that covered most of his face. Aside from showing his eyes and teeth of course. A shiver went through him at the idea of eating more.
“Sure.” Jam snickered, a strange feeling in the back of his mind. His meal?? Psh, he was bluffing, he may be big, but he was far too big for him. Humans can’t even do that- Eugh, he shuddered, “Startin’ to feel softer though..You’re not as bloated.” That was the truth, his belly had softened significantly, no longer taut but now more soft and slushy. His meal was still being broken down, but most of the air had gotten out.
The feral man was..Feeling pretty sleepy to be honest. Eyes becoming lidded and shifting a bit. Not even caring if his stomach sloshed along with the movement.
Jam hummed softly, giving in to the urge to squish Kai’s side. A faint slursh sound emitted from it, giving his belly a pat after. Even though this was the man that attacked him..He really had to admit, this guy was absolutely built every part of his muscle except for his stomach at the moment. Hey, some padding never hurts. Besides..He hadn’t eaten in a while, he was just glad Kairo wasn’t starving anymore. “I’m Jam, by the way..Should’ve introduced myself earlier.”
"You are looking tired." Jam said with a soft sigh, his hand on the man’s stomach, just above his belly button.
A large growl of..Satisfaction escaped him, almost like a big cat purring. Shuddering as drool lightly slid out of his mouth. Arceus, he was in heaven. He just didn’t get it..He didn’t deserve to be treated so..Nicely like this. By the man he tried to kill. “Kairo.” He grumbled softly, then pointed to himself.
“Kairo?” Jam chuckled, it was a really cute name— For such an intimidating and scary looking man. Almost baffled him at how he got such a name. Sounded cool too though.
"You still hurting?" Jam questioned, rubbing his thumb on the soft spot under the big man's navel a little bit, his thumb grazing slightly against his happy trail.
“Mm Mm.” Kairo hummed softly, facing the shorter man with his leg twitching when Jam scritched the underside of his belly. God..It felt good. Maybe..Maybe it wouldn’t hurt just to relax for at least an hour. After all, he'd been traveling for a long time. His mouth opened, showing large canines as he yawned loudly. The man didn’t seem bothered by how loud his stomach was, a symphony of gurgles and sloshes coming from it as it digested his food. At that point he just felt comfortably full.
“Unnnghh.. -Oourp.” Kai snarled and gripped his face, which was now burning a bright red. One last small burp dislodged from him and only made him shake his head, “..sorry.”
Jam suddenly felt bad, as cute as his embarrassment was. Such a strong and tough man unable to hold back his little burps like a baby. Melted his heart.. “Shh..It’s okay, mate. I’m sure ya feel a lot better now.” Jam cooed softly, reaching a hand up to run his fingers through thick hair. Surprised that the man leaned into it.
He shuddered again, unable to stop himself from clinging onto Jam and melting into his touch. He was so tired..So full and sleepy..Maybe- Maybe just..One man can be spared, Jam was..Good..Yes..Yes good. He knew Giratina had been watching the entire time, but he didn’t care. The Pokémon can wait.
He felt good, and safe around the shorter man. And that’s all that mattered.
“Mmmmff..” Kai purred, hoarse and rumbling. The man’s eyes closed and hugged Jam close to his chest.
Jam knew he was just a big softie for the most part, unable to control his urge to attack. But..Maybe he just liked that about him. His hands feeling through his messy puffy hair, his opposite hand still feeling through the fluffiness of his belly. Ugh..He was so soft..
He was glad to have met someone like him.
A soft grunt from the large man was all Jam really needed as a response, nuzzling against the smaller man in his arms.
So peaceful..He hoped that when they wake up later..Kairo will stay for a while, and maybe they can allow their team members to meet..But for now, he relaxed against his human pillow. Breathing softly against his bulky chest.
Is kairo a hisuian typlosion? Can we learn more about his past?
I’m actually so glad you asked! So Kairo himself is a human, but due to time-traveling his overall growth was like, reverse-stunted if that makes sense? Making him stronger and far more built than a normal human should be.
Though Kai doesn’t like to consider himself one as he despises all of humanity, and relates to his Pokémon partner Koji more than anything. Koji’s his Hisuian Typhlosion and literal best friend in that regard.
I did write an entire plot to his origins so if you’d like to read ‘em here’s the link!
