Why did I never think of doing this...

Most people don't need to because loose leaf often comes in a tin itself, and they don't have the time or desire or even income to spend on tons of tea components to make their own blends! I've found mason jars keep ground coffee and tea best, btw. Rob took some of my mason jars when he needed containers to store coffee (he doesn't have a grinder, so he had to use somebody else's and grind a ton all at once). He said, two months after the first cup, that the coffee still tasted fresh. Also, you can get really cute "chalkboard" stickers to put on the mason jars so you can title your tea blends ^_^

  Okay! I'll be sure to pay attention to labels. Sounds silly, but do I just look for "gluten" in the ingredients?

Please don't be sad. Today I helped this sorority I'm into make birthday bags for kids that are less fortunate. They had a card, cake, candles, frosting, plates, everything you need for a birthday :)
