Did he actually get one somewhere or is this a headcanon thing? *so confused*

 Well, there's this post. the image of Kakashi came from a Color Page, and from there, we can only think Kakashi's earring is as canon as Sakura's Axes. *shrug*

Sorry if i confused people! i was confused too, but i recently looked into it. but as things go, Kishi can still make this canon in the new Kakashi chapters/episodes/book he's planning to release.

Ahhh, I didn't even notice when I first saw that image. Hummm. Makes me think of Asuma with his teams earrings. Also makes me wonder maybe Kakashi had it all along, but never wears it?

i'm thinking he got it recently tho (bc the earring might snag on his mask); but if he DID have it before, there would be so many questionsss @__@

My "earring theory" is probably best suited for the Halloween season. BUT! I couldn't help but think to a scene from the movie "Ginger Snaps." One of the characters gets bit by a werewolf, and in order to suppress or slow down the change, said character's sister suggests a piercing made of silver. Now consider that Kakashi goes on a lot of solo missions, and has faced down both man and beast. Sakura is very perceptive when it comes to Kakashi; she'd know that something was amiss . . .

Where does the earring thing come from?

Well the first post i've seen with it is this one. It's apparently from a color page so it's actually not confirmed-confirmed that Kakashi gets an earring. xD

Kakashi got drunk. Sakura dared him to get both his ears pierced. He was sober enough to get only 1 done until he passed out. Sakura is annoyed that he is still COOL (lol he ISNT) by accident. Kakashi doesnt remember getting his ear pierced.

can anyone write a KakaSaku fic/draw KakaSaku fanart involving Kakashi's earring? :))) i haven't really warmed up to the idea of Kakashi having one (seriously tho, why would he get one? hmmm), but i think this would help. haha. :D i'll love you forever!
