as kalore settles into his new role, the first thing he did was study further upon his solar neighbors with the intention of the doing so with the seasonal side. much news reached his ears, both thanks to his shadowsinger and mate, and due to his extended reach of his gifts. as commander he had done his due diligence then, but there some information he wasn't privy to until he had become high lord of night. as news of his role as high lord likely had sent surprise to the realm, the news of two rulers entering a relationship leaves the daemati somewhat equally stunned. the knowledge was only imperative for him simply due to the implications it held for courts. alliances of course occurred, but two rulers being romantically involved had never been recorded or known - and two rulers from different sides of the realm. he suppose, the only uncover any political ramifications was to know more of his solar neighbor. kalore knew enough of lord saint and lord cedrian, and the high ruler of dusk , nothing about them particular struck him as concern worthy, from his own gathering, the two likely were rare individuals who appear sane and level-headed, thus far anyway. as much as he hesitated, he too sent an invite, learning that the high lady of summer was also currently in the day court. two birds, one stone, he supposed. once the women parted ways from them, kalore led the high lord of day to a private lounge. his onyx studied the other male with subdued curiosity, "what will you have for drinks?" kalore, despite his hardened exterior, still had some manners.
