@themadamelioness - Most definitely the Madame has earned a spot in Kelz's heart. There's tons of admiration and respect for Naralinthe since the death of Thanatos Sunwielder. And I would say they both feel compelled to support the other when they are going through hard times.
@kalren-daelish - She may be reluctant to admit it given the recent hardships between her and Kalren since he chose to become a demon hunter. But he is her first friend and there is something in her that knows that, but the memories are just not there to support the sensation over logic.
But I'm afraid I cannot provide a third. Too often she is either instigating adversity through her acts of perceived good, or losing friends to cruel circumstances like death or outright betrayals. :( Though - she might just chalk it up and say the third is booze again.
