「八相」 梟の如く、静かに周りを見渡し 滑るように速く 速さも重さもすべてを一刀に乗せて 八相とは、佛の一生の八つの姿を指す言葉だそうです。 あらゆる方向に対応する構えとして、八相と呼ばれるようになったとのこと。 性質的にはかなり攻撃的な構えですけどね、 八相の名称については、発草、発双と流派によって書き方が変わったりします。 ある古流では「陰」と呼ばれたり、現代剣道では「五行の構え」のひとつ、 「木」の構えと呼ばれているそうです。 左構えの八相については殺陣としての八相の左構えです。 これは舞台上で上手側に立った時に刀をよく見せ、攻撃の意思をお客様に伝えるため、相手の剣先を跳ね上げたあとの姿として無理なく自然な姿になるようにこの向きになっていると考えています。 #剣術 #構え #samurai #kenjutsu #kamae 「Hassow」 Owl-like, quietly looking around at the whole thing.
