Putzing with a new way to use my current tools, adding some fine shading to the more varied brush lines.
Also working on an idea about the town I grew up in. And practicing drawing trees. Trees are already bad enough. Kamakani trees already just look a little weird.

Where is Paradise
is it here in earth?
is it the feeling of breathing
as our heart is softly beating??
Is it Life?
Is it a smile or the feeling named Happy
as thoughts bounce, running in the wild??
Or is it the breath of a newborn
or hunger of a child?
Is it a kiss that touched our life
that we feel everyday as we close our eyes?
Is it Lust??
Or is it being "In Love"
as we dance and sing with our heart?
Could it be hiding in gold, in diamonds or sapphires?
Precious stones that are so hard to find
yet if we dig deep we can touch their world
with our body with our mind!
Or could it be Work?
The Ice burg carried
that can make us fall,
to the ground...
then slowly creeps like fire
with the heat of stress
burning us
drying us to dust!!
Or is it to learn from each other
to find the true meaning
of those lessons not so welcome in our eyes??
That tend to be harsh
icy cruel cascades and rolling waterfalls
that can drown you with One Drop as it falls!
Or, Is it LOVE?
THE most precious Jewel
that can touch our soul
and sparks right through our eyes
as we fall...
to wear it
can make our world shine
feel alive
as we taste it
with our body with our mind!
Or Is It GOD
in the Paradise called LOVE??
