It is a humble start. But a start none the less. It is something that I have discussed with some of my close friends: answering the pull I have been feeling over a long time toward the runes. So here are the pieces of oak, cut and ready to be shaped and then carved. I am yet unsure of exactly what embellishments I might make, or how simple I will keep them.
