For how long have you been making art? You’re so talented!

I was one of those kids that picked up a crayon and never put it down. And then I studied art in undergrad and now I MASSIVELY regret it. There are a lot of reasons why, but mostly because all the problems with it turned me off to my passion. Through most of undergrad, I didn’t make any art beyond what was needed for a grade, and then I went to graduate school for something else. 

For a few years, I stopped making art aside from maybe a margin doodle from time to time. 

BUT that changed when I decided to pick up the pencil/tablet pen last fall. I started making art AND writing fan fiction, as I equally love to write. @myworldisbiworld is a safe, semi-anonymous space for me to share my work, express myself, and connect with amazing people! 

I’m so thankful to everyone who has been so kind and welcoming to me as I find my way back to the things I love.

A random fact about me? Oh Lord this is maybe the hardest because I have so many really dumb things I could say… Um. Last year I was in Melbourne for a convention and I walked out of my hotel dressed as Pennywise the clown and made an over 6ft tall adult man scream “HOLY FUCK” at the top of his lungs.

I’m 5′5 and I’ve never felt so powerful in my life.
