The most touching scene for me was when Kaname woke up as a human and the only thing he remembered was Yuuki. It showed the depth of his feelings for her and nothing could keep him from wanting her back. He even suggested to tear her heart out to regenerate her. The feels got me like:

(though you might be tired of hearing this from me but) Zero during the Rido arc and Yume like happily ever after with 20 kids(Atleast)
