People rushed outside their homes, power was cut, houses collapsed, landslides occurred and rocks fell on the provincial road network roads were damaged when an earthquake measuring 5.6 R stroke near the city of Parga in western Greece in the early morning hours of Saturday.
The epicenter was 14 km North-East of Parga, in Kanalaki, and had a focal depth of 10 km. A 4.3 R was presided short before midnight Friday.
