Anime of the day: Jingai-san no Yome

I’ve been doing a lot of short series lately, and I will be for a few days now. I tend to watch by year and type, meaning I group all the short series together and mass watch them. I also have a habit of watching a whole year at a time or a genre, but I digress.

The mysterious Kanenogi has chosen its wife, Tomori, a high schooler. This fluffy yellow puff has now flipped the normal life of Tomori upside down. And while Tomori isn’t thrilled at first with his sudden marriage, he still accepts the marriage request. Each short episode is embodied with one part learning to communicate, because the Kanenogi doesn’t speak, two parts fluffy charm, and three parts rotating relationships, meaning there’s more than one couple featured, but Kanenogi and Tomori are the main.
