15: Mermaid!AU

Mermaids were real. He knew this as he was one - is one? Is half of one? That he isn’t entirely to sure anymore. It had been a few years since he has been to the beach or near the sea. But if he comes into contact with enough water, he will start to grow a tail again. It was a nice day and Kyle had decided to spend it with his family as a nice trip down to the beach. With him of course not daring to go into the water, there was a few other’s around. He just watched as his daughter ran around the beach with his younger brother.

She arrived right on time the day of their date, greeting Kyle and Ella as they opened the door. "How are you guys today? Kyle getting ready?"

“Good.” Ella piped up. “Dougie is with his mummy. And I’m waiting for my mummy.” She added with a smile.

“Yep, getting ready and trying to make sure this munchkin is happy.”
