I got Ash's Pikachu this morning!
So, I caved and redeemed the code to get Ash's Pikachu with his Kanto/Johto cap. I feel a bit weird about it, though. I mean, Hoenn was my first region, game-wise, and I regularly watched Diamond and Pearl each Saturday, more often than I had any other region. But, I had the most fond memories of watching the Kanto adventures on VHS as a kid. So, I went with my fondest, nicest memories. I'm also going to try and secure tickets to see Pokemon: I Choose You! so I can also get that hat Pikachu as well.
