The clashing shading styles to name one. And Nuka, Vitani, Zira, Ma, Uncle max, and Kiara are all cut out from the film. Both Nala and Vitani suffer Bobble Head syndrome. And Kovu is edited fanart. KanuTGL as a matter of fact.

I could be wrong but this looks like he traced the same KanuTGL pic. The legs are all there. Possibly even traced the shading line instead of the belly.
