Hey guys! I might be able to go to an anime convention on the 18th of April. The convention is called KappaKon and it is in Milwaukee, WI. Its in the MSOE building. Their official website is kappakon.weebly.com/ They don't have the time or date on it but I did research and found out it is on the 18th and it goes from 10am to 9pm. I'm not quite sure which costume I am going to wear. I'm choosing between an OC, Bianca (Pokemon B&W 2), Bakura/Ryou (Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged Version) or Kyle Broflovski (South Park). Not sure what time I might go . . . so . . . yeah. . .

Concinnity/Kappa Kon went well, it was a great time to just sit back and enjoy the flow of a con for once, and man, was it the most best-dressed con I've been to yet! Everyone was walking around in such amazing steampunk finery, and a lot of the vendors had some beautiful wares for sale. We were stared at all day by a Jack Skellington and a minion costume, Brittany and our friend owned everyone at Anime Jeopardy, and I almost stole some pizza from the super cute maid cafe.
We'll definitely try to go back next year. Milwaukee is a mere hour's drive away, not even, so it was really nice to go to a con so close to home!
What's our next stop? Officially, our next con is DashCon! But, we're planning to go to Anime Central just to go, and I (Jess) might go to C2E2 in Chicago on Friday to check it out. :)
