Anna grinned and nodded. “Of course I will.” She leaned down to kiss her. “Nothing would make me happier than becoming your wife. Again.”
Anna put Kara’s hand on his face and smiled. “Now we match.”
She smiled and kissed him. “You’ve been playing with your glamour? I think it’s cute.”

Kara took a deep breath and touched her combadge. “Kara to Anna, I need to talk to you…” She was right outside their quarters. “Don’t freak out. I was having stomach problems all day today, so I went to sickbay and I found out…” She thought Anna would probably be able to see the tiny babies currently growing in eggs inside of her and wanted to give her a little bit of a warning. She stepped through the doors and into their quarters. “I have babies growing inside me?” She looked down at her stomach. “Four little alien eggs with little alien babies and I’m a little bit freaking out.”

She just makes the EHs her previous hosts. Basis their physical parameters on them and does the self-scan for personality and focuses on each of their personalities for it.
Except she's engineering so she replaces the EEH with the ECH that Doc made. So. Tenn is EHH (Hospitality), Beyrd is ECH (Command), Smyth is ENH (Navigation), Frazyr is ETSH (Tactical/Security), Sylvest is EMH (Medical) and Kara is engineering ]]
