Wishlist: Kara’s Anastasia AU Verse!

Three hundred years ago, Krypton was dying.  The elders decided that they would set out among the stars and find a new home.  They landed on Earth, a relatively primitive world, in need of structure and advancement.  They quickly conquered the people, placing the House of El in charge.

The House of El advanced the science and industry of Earth quite a bit, but those under their rule lived in squalor.  In the last generation, rule was split between two brothers, each having one child.  As scientists, they were amazing, but they lacked the know-how to lead a world.  One was cruel and unthinking toward the lesser beings, the other kind but quiet.

Eventually, a meteor shower from their now dead planet littered parts of the world with stones that were toxic to them.  It provided the subjugated humans with the weaponry they needed to deal with their alien overlords.

It was at this time that the eldest heir, Kal El, had started his superhero career.  Enough of those spearheading the revolution knew of his identity and decided to leave him alone so long as he had no intention of trying to overthrow the humans again... and they vowed that they would destroy their weapons once they were done or he would get rid of them for them.

The royal family, along with every Kryptonian they could find, was killed.  Rumors started up after a few years that the daughter may have survived, but no one had any idea of it held any truth.

At the same time, a young woman who knew just her first name, Kara, was sent to an orphanage with amnesia and a set of super powers she didn’t understand until she aged out.  From then, because she was unable to gain a diploma, or go to school, because she didn’t know her name, had no transcripts or papers, she was stuck with whatever jobs she could find, often barely earning enough to pay the bills.

Random Supergirl Thought!

Okay, as much as I love Barry and Iris together, and as much as I love Kara and Mon-El (during their good times) and Kara and James, a romantic ship I would love to explore would be these two idiots: Barry and Kara!  Supergirl and The Flash being a team in more than just superfriends.    They seem to have a lot of on screen potential.

Probably an unpopular opinion.

Attention All Clark Kents!

I want a plot where Kara and Clark landed during the same meteor storm, just in two different cities.  Clark in Smallville, and Kara in Midvale.  Maybe she’s working at the Daily Planet, and through the connections there, she pieces  the puzzle together and finds Clark!
