You know what I hate? Entitled middle aged white men and women.
For instance, when I worked at a coffee shop there was this lady who would come in everyday and order "5 shots of espresso over ice, in a large cup, with LOTS of cinnamon and nutmeg, and less then a cap full of soy milk". Whatever, its a weird order, who cares?
Here's the thing, we sold the espresso in 2 shots, 4 shots, or 6 shots. But she learned that that if she asked for a short shot and q long shot, which comes to 5 shots approximately she would only be charged for 4, which is messed up.
Then, one day, the price went up because corporate raised the prices and she bitched out our manager so much about the price change that he agreed to ALWAYS sell it to her at the price of 2 shots, so now she's getting 3 shots for free everyday.
This one be one thing though if you could tell she struggled for money, but that was not the case. Her and her husband had no kids, at least 4 high end trucks and SUV's (she always came through the drive thru so you would see her different vehicles), a boat (she often talked about it) and much more that clearly showed they were VERY well off.
Also as a side note she had a dog that she would always bring through the drive thru and she would want YOU to feed it a treat (she wouldn't take the treat, she wanted you personally to give it to the dog), and would get offended if you tried to hand it to her instead of the dog. I know a lot of people like dogs, I personally am not a fan and am VERY allergic, so I don't want to deal with peoples dogs. I politely tried to explain this to her a couple times and she just acted like I was being a completely bitch.
All in all I hate entitled middle aged white people. I am white and will someday be middle aged, but I hope I am never like her. How hard is it to just pay for what you actually want and to not be a bitch to people in customer service?
