Okay usually I don’t do serious posts but holy shit. This needs to be said and I need all the people in the outsiders fandom to listen right now.

These 👏 actors 👏 are 👏 people 👏 not 👏 OBJECTS 👏

They are not yours to “play with”. They are HUMAN BEINGS. And you will treat them as such. These actors are young people, trying to live out their dreams and to try and tell a story on stage. It is a gift that they give us soc Saturdays and stage door but you people are taking advantage of it. Melody having to call out behaviors? Melody telling yall to not ask for personal info? Following Brody to the exit where the actors are supposed to feel safe (the exit that is private if they don’t want to go to stage door) and giving him a panic attack? Guys.. this cannot continue.

This isn’t about theatre etiquette anymore, it’s human rights, decency, and respect. How the hell would you feel if someone followed you to your car and berated you for autographs and photos? How would you feel if someone asked you personal info like what your sexuality is or WHERE YOU LIVE? You wouldn’t feel good. You would feel harassed and overwhelmed and in some cases, threatened. And yet you don’t mind doing that to these actors.

I want to remind you all. Brody grant is 24 years old. Sky is 28 years old. Jason Schmidt is 22 years old. I’ll only name these three but I think you get the point here, they are so young. They don’t deserve this nasty creepy shit some of y’all do to them. Just treat them like people, treat them like humans.

Im aware that this is not everyone, I know that so so many of you are kind good people, but some of Yall need a reality check.

Do fucking better and learn to treat humans like humans, not your toys.
